Miguel Morais continues the story of his family as the 7th generation to cultivate the land at Quinta da Costa do Pinhão.

With a degree in Civil Engineering and the support of the renowned winemaker Luís Seabra, Miguel has led a revolution on the estate, starting with the renovation of its infrastructure and beginning the bottling of its own wine. This includes a commitment to organic production that respects the local environment.

For decades, the grapes from this estate have been and continue to be an integral part of the blends for Vintages from great houses, like Sandeman, not least because it holds the prestigious Letra A rating, the highest classification for Port wine.
