Return
The customer has 14 days to return the product or cancel the contract, without additional costs or the need to specify a reason. Examples of exceptions: Personalized, sealed and non-returnable products that deteriorate easily or reach their expiration date quickly.
Refund
It must be made using the same payment method used
for payment, without prejudice to the customer, within a maximum period of 14 days. If the refund is requested through a different method, you will not have to reimburse additional costs.
